He was a writer and socil novelist , he was born t Landport Hampshire during the industrial age , generly concidered of the victorian time .Deckens specialized to describe social problems ,injustice and hypocrisy in imaginative and adventurous novels with enthuciasm . He died at Gatshill on June 9th ,1870.
